Challenge for boys

To see what a huge problem there is for boys, especially black and Hispanic boys, check out the red line on this chart with NYS data (it's page 39 of my school reform presentation which, as always, is posted at: www.tilsonfunds.com/Personal/TheCriticalNeedforGenuineSchoolReform.pdf) – only 13% of 9^th grade black and Hispanic males are still in school six years later (what should be their 2^nd year of college).
