Obey amendment

Well, the gutless weasel Democrats in the House (nearly all of them) voted to pass the Obey amendment, but fortunately there's almost no chance that it will become law thanks to opposition in the Senate and the threat by Obama (kudos! See: www.whitehouse.gov/omb/assets/sap_111/saphr4899h_20100701.pdf) to veto the bill if the Obey amendment is in it.
