Janey Questions Charter Schools

Gee, what a surprise that the head of the Washington DC public schools is whining for a moratorium on new charter schools in the District -- the public school system is among the worst in the country, so it's little surprise that parents are voting with their feet and now 25% (!) of students are in charter schools.  Thanks goodness he's getting little support for this idea.
