Warning

In light of NY's better test scores (more on this below), a friend warned:

I think that there is a very real danger that this will take the pressure off of school choice.  People will say “See, this proves a monopoly works. We just need to have the right person running it!”  That conclusion would be both false and incredibly damaging.
