Comment on the rubber room

Re. the rubber room articles I posted recently, a friend sent this:

Last week a mid-level DOE employee told me that she recently had to pay a visit to the "rubber room" at Tweed. She was told one of the teachers there had been bringing her dog to work with her (in violation of  policy) and my source had to sort it out. "It was like 'One Flew Over the  Cuckoo's Nest'," she told me. "And I was Nurse Ratchet" (I don't know how far my source thought that analogy through when she said it.)
 
But she went on to say of the teachers in the room, "Each one you met seemed crazier than the next."
