From Bob Compton, the documentary film maker who did Two Million Minutes, A Right Denied, among others, in response to the article in my last email about the sharp rise in Chinese students coming to college in the U.S.:

 

The other, less well known higher ed action with India and China is the growing movement to build US college extension campuses in those countries.  That way their best and brightest don't have to travel to America to get a great education. :-(

 

This way US colleges create a new revenue stream as they transfer knowledge, skill and expertise. HBS is in the lead, with a campus in China to train middle managers.
