Inner City Education Foundation Video

A great 5-min video by ICEF (Inner City Education Foundation) in LA, which I visited in February: www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkatbo8ZsCg.  I think it's the 7^th largest charter operator in the country and it's doing right by kids, but is facing severe financial difficulties (in part due to horrible charter funding in CA).  My friend Caprice Young is doing yeoman's work trying to turn it around.
