I want to call some special moments to your attention from our kick-off day on Tuesday.

Here is a video of our student speakers. I would say key highlights include Cintia's story of coming out (13:45) , and Marco's entire speech (19:05). There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

I know Richard gave a similar speech to you all about attrition, but I felt like the fact that he made the same point to 3,500 teachers was powerful… and the way he did it was very powerful. Here's the video and he speaks about attrition at 10:20.
