KIPP videos

One of the key milestones in KIPP's development was when Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes did a segment on it in August 2000.  Don and Doris Fisher, founders of the Gap, saw it and shortly thereafter offered to bankroll KIPP's expansion -- and the rest, as they say, is history.  If you haven't seen this wonderful 14-minute segment, I've posted it on youtube (hopefully no-one will sue me) at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05pYgJk55Wc (part 1) and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaxDc9aHX5E (part 2)

While I was at it, I also posted another fabulous 15-minute segment on KIPP which appeared in a 2-hour PBS show last October called Making Schools Work: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAKBnR-QSls (part 1) and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJ1lMVr-IDU (part 2)

This is GREAT stuff!
