The Cartel

The Cartel is premiering in NYC and LA tonight (see: http://edreform.blogspot.com/2010/04/cartel_12.html).  It is a brilliant and scathing expose of New Jersey's corrupt, ineffective educational system (which hopefully will start to improve quickly under new Gov. Chris Christie and his new Sec. of Education, Bret Schundler, who is a genuine reformer (and even came to the premiere of my documentary last week)):

It a great to see so many great new education-related documentaries: I just saw Waiting for Superman, which was GREAT, The Lottery, which is also AWESOME, is debuting on the 29th in NYC (see: http://edreform.blogspot.com/2010/04/lottery.html), Whatever It Takes (see: http://edreform.blogspot.com/2010/04/yet-another-great-documentary-is-out.html), and The Street Stops Here (about basketball coach Bob Hurley at St. Anthony's in Jersey City).
