Where: Sidewalk Outside City Hall Park (across from 250 Broadway)
Why: Because if he has his way:

·         Charter schools will be denied public space

·          Parents will be denied public school choice

·         New York City will be denied more charter schools

·         Public charter students will continue to be treated as second-class citizens
