Al Shanker forum in Boston

DFER and the Pioneer Institute are hosting a seminar in Boston from 2:00-4:30pm on Tues, Sept. 7th on "Tough Liberals: The Legacy of Albert Shanker and How Teachers' Unions Can Lead In-District Reform", featuring Richard Kahlenberg, Senior Fellow at The Century Foundation, and the incomparable Deborah Gist, Rhode Island's Ed Commissioner.
