George Miller correction

My memory's getting bad in my old age: One of my friends reminded me that George Miller "absolutely did not vote for the DC voucher bill. He was one of the major opponents!  And he personally stripped choice from NCLB.Still, Miller's about as good as it gets (short of Cory Booker) in the Democratic Party.

In addition to the courageous votes of only two Democrats in the Senate (Leiberman and Feinstein), there were the four lonely Democrats in the House who were willing to give the DEMOCRATIC mayor of Washington DC, Anthony Williams, and the DEMOCRATIC Chair of the Education Committee of the DC City Council, Kevin Chavous, what they asked for: Ford (Tenn.), Hall (Texas), Lipinski (Ill.), Taylor (Miss.).
